Mr. Rife in the 1930's created a microscope to observe cells at a cellular level and then he discovered a way to communicate. The Government shortly after he performed several tests with 28 people which were terminally ill with cancer, were all healed with in a 3 month span. The Government had the media perform smear campains on his name.
